Paul's Bass Matters is an official dealer for all the brands we carry as far as new, non-used items are concerned. Of course we extend the full factory warrantees where applicable and in accordance with Dutch law. We will see to it that your order gets delivered as fast and safe as possible. We also spend a lot of time keeping the availability information as up-to-date as we can, but every system can have its flaws. We will contact you immediately if a situation occurs that slows down promised delivertimes to discuss what the best solution would be for you.

Sometimes we will humbly have to ask for your patience, but since you probably are a bassplayer and used to dealing with drummers as well as guitarplayers we trust you have all the patience it takes...

Since we are first and foremost a regular store we tend to spend a lot of time with customers that are in our store which can cause delays in our email response. We are a fairly small organisation and only have a limited amount of time every day to move our focus to the webshop. We hope you understand that we are not open 24-7 but only during openinghours of the store. However we do like to give our customers the opportunity to order online and hope to be able to help you as fast as you would expect.

All basses are set up in house on a fast and comfortable setting without any fretbuzz with a normal attack. If you like to dig deeper or prefer an even lighter setup please let us know and we can arrange it for you.
